Our inflight food and drink options vary depending on your destination, the length of your flight and the time of day. On most flights, if meals aren’t included in your ticket, you can buy snacks and drinks from our onboard café menu. And coffee and tea are always free.

In SAS Plus and SAS Business, meals and snacks are included.
In SAS Go, you can buy snacks, light meals and drinks from our onboard café menu
On flights to and from destinations outside of Europe, meals are always included, and you can choose to upgrade to a premium 3-course meal from our exclusive menu.
If you have specific dietary needs or preferences, you can request a special meal if your flight includes meal service.
Allergies & intolerances
SAS doesn’t serve peanuts or peanut products on our flights, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free flight, as we use various ingredients including allergens. We also can’t prevent other travelers from bringing allergen-containing food on board.
If you have severe allergies, we recommend that you carry any emergency medication and consult your doctor before you travel.
If you have a peanut allergy, please inform the cabin crew when you board. We’ll ask other travelers not to eat peanuts or peanut-based products during the flight, however we cannot guarantee compliance from other travelers.
Special meals
We offer a variety of special meals on SAS flights for travelers with specific dietary needs or preferences. If your flight includes meal service, you can request a special meal instead of the standard meal.

How to order special meals
If you’re traveling in SAS Go outside of Europe, request a special meal online from 10 days up to 24 hours before departure.
If you’re traveling in SAS Plus or SAS Business, you can request a special meal by contacting SAS Customer Service
